Project Overview

We designed and developed a smart Factory Overview for Dell and Intel. The entire manufacturing system comes to life, and each asset was designed in Blender, powered in Unity, and optimized for high-speed performance on AWS S3 with load balancing, which mimics the realistic environment of a manufacturing plant.

This immersive platform showcases the end-to-end flow from the Raw Material warehouse to the Assembly line to the QA and packaging area to the final product warehouse.

Process

This project was envisioned to develop an interactive flow to the system, a real-life 3D environment, and a design that meets the high standards and expectations of Fortune 500 giants such as Dell and Intel.

With our vast experience in the digital realm of developing management systems, IoT, IIoT-enabled solutions, 3D models, and Games. We decided to go with Unity as an engine to design, develop, and power the vision. The Modular scenes, tooltips, interactive hotspots, timeline scrub, physics-driven part movements, animation rigging, and inverse kinematics bring the Simulation, Realism, and scalability of the system to life.

Using lightweight cloud protocols, we bring the sensors and robot telemetry flow from the edge gateway. The use of JWT, mTLS, and a normalized schema keeps the visualization focused and replayable.

All Assets are modeled in Blender with naming conventions and modular assembly. Use of LODs, Texture atlases, and FBX export for compact runtime payloads, and compression of mesh/texture to reduce size helps increase the steady response.

AWS+CDN+Load balancing
with 3d bundles hosting, textures hosting, addressable streaming, progressive load, load balancing, and autoscaling overall increases the performance.
