This project was designed to transform how football teams prepare for matches. Traditionally, explaining tactics on whiteboards or paper diagrams left room for misunderstanding. To solve this, we created an immersive application where coaches can design and demonstrate formations, run tactical simulations, and showcase different in-game scenarios in a realistic 3D environment.
Built with Unity for realistic simulations, the app allows coaches to adjust formations, test variations, and walk players through multiple outcomes depending on how plays unfold. The backend, powered by Node.js and Express, enables smooth data handling and team management, while AWS hosting ensures the platform is scalable and reliable, even when used by larger clubs or academies.

The application gave coaches a powerful new medium to communicate strategy, cutting down tactical explanation time by nearly half. Players developed stronger spatial awareness, leading to more cohesive in-game decision-making. For clubs, this meant not only better-prepared players but also a more professional and modernized coaching approach that stands out.
