Portable, cost effective healthcare for underserved communities
The Digital Mualij Health Pod is a scalable healthcare station that connects patients in remote locations with specialized doctors and hospitals. It reduces diagnosis time from days to minutes, equipped with vital monitoring tools and a video consultation system. It is enabling real time healthcare access possible in areas with limited medical resources.

  • In South Asia, there is 1 doctor for every 1,300+ people (WHO)
  • Patients travel 20–100 km for even basic consultations
  • High costs ($15–$50 per visit) and delayed treatments
  • Lack of continuous care and prevention for long-term diseases

Process

This project was envisioned to develop an interactive flow to the system, a real-life 3D environment, and a design that meets the high standards and expectations of Fortune 500 giants such as Dell and Intel.

With our vast experience in the digital realm of developing management systems, IoT, IIoT-enabled solutions, 3D models, and Games. We decided to go with Unity as an engine to design, develop, and power the vision. The Modular scenes, tooltips, interactive hotspots, timeline scrub, physics-driven part movements, animation rigging, and inverse kinematics bring the Simulation, Realism, and scalability of the system to life.

Using lightweight cloud protocols, we bring the sensors and robot telemetry flow from the edge gateway. The use of JWT, mTLS, and a normalized schema keeps the visualization focused and replayable.

All Assets are modeled in Blender with naming conventions and modular assembly. Use of LODs, Texture atlases, and FBX export for compact runtime payloads, and compression of mesh/texture to reduce size helps increase the steady response.

AWS+CDN+Load balancing
with 3d bundles hosting, textures hosting, addressable streaming, progressive load, load balancing, and autoscaling overall increases the performance.

Artificial Intelligence refers to the development of computer systems that can perform tasks that would typically require human intelligence. It involves the creation of algorithms and models that enable machines to learn, reason, perceive.
