Football Coaching 3D Strategy Visualization App

This project was designed to transform how football teams prepare for matches. Traditionally, explaining tactics on whiteboards or paper diagrams left room for misunderstanding. To solve this, we created an immersive application where coaches can design and demonstrate formations, run tactical simulations, and showcase different in-game scenarios in a realistic 3D environment.

Built with Unity for realistic simulations, the app allows coaches to adjust formations, test variations, and walk players through multiple outcomes depending on how plays unfold. The backend, powered by Node.js and Express, enables smooth data handling and team management, while AWS hosting ensures the platform is scalable and reliable, even when used by larger clubs or academies.

The application gave coaches a powerful new medium to communicate strategy, cutting down tactical explanation time by nearly half. Players developed stronger spatial awareness, leading to more cohesive in-game decision-making. For clubs, this meant not only better-prepared players but also a more professional and modernized coaching approach that stands out.

A Modern Digital Presence for a Corporate Advisory Firm

The project began with in-depth strategy sessions to define 62 Capital’s goals building credibility, improving investor communication, and streamlining lead generation. From there, our team developed a wireframe and content structure that clearly showcases their services, recent transactions, and insights.

During the design phase, we focused on creating a professional and minimalist interface that mirrors the precision of the financial industry. We emphasized clear navigation, concise copy, and strong CTAs, ensuring potential clients and investors could easily explore services, case studies, and contact channels.

We also integrated mobile-first optimization and SEO-focused architecture, allowing 62 Capital’s team to update their Transactions page and content effortlessly as their portfolio grows. The project included the creation of custom pitch decks designed to impress stakeholders and strengthen communication during fundraising and advisory meetings.

The outcome is a unified digital presence that reflects 62 Capital’s strategic expertise, strengthens investor trust, and drives meaningful engagement.

Our solution embedded IoT devices directly into each vehicle to stream live data into a centralized web dashboard. Operators could monitor every movement on Google Maps, track speed and idle time, and instantly know when a vehicle was in motion or at rest. Beyond location tracking, the system analyzed performance data to highlight vehicles needing maintenance before costly issues occurred.

Graphs and insights transformed raw data into clear actions, helping operators manage fleets with confidence. The challenge was clear: fleet operators had little real-time visibility into their vehicles and often relied on manual reporting, which meant delays, inefficiencies, and unexpected breakdowns.

The system gave businesses real-time visibility that reduced downtime and improved accountability across their fleets. Predictive maintenance lowered repair costs, route optimization saved fuel, and faster insights meant operators could respond to issues before they turned into problems.

Automated Screening System

SafeLink combines contactless temperature measurement with an IoT-enabled dashboard and smart access management

A non-contact infrared device points toward the forehead to instantly detect body temperature.
Visitors complete a digital questionnaire to assess symptoms and exposure risk.

Historical temperature logs and questionnaire responses are stored for review and compliance.

The SafeLink system successfully transformed health and safety compliance by automating screening and reducing human dependency. Its contactless and real-time monitoring approach not only improved workplace safety but also enhanced efficiency, trust, and organizational resilience during the pandemic. Smart Health Pod

This project was envisioned to develop an interactive flow to the system, a real-life 3D environment, and a design that meets the high standards and expectations of Fortune 500 giants such as Dell and Intel.

With our vast experience in the digital realm of developing management systems, IoT, IIoT-enabled solutions, 3D models, and Games. We decided to go with Unity as an engine to design, develop, and power the vision. The Modular scenes, tooltips, interactive hotspots, timeline scrub, physics-driven part movements, animation rigging, and inverse kinematics bring the Simulation, Realism, and scalability of the system to life.

Using lightweight cloud protocols, we bring the sensors and robot telemetry flow from the edge gateway. The use of JWT, mTLS, and a normalized schema keeps the visualization focused and replayable.

All Assets are modeled in Blender with naming conventions and modular assembly. Use of LODs, Texture atlases, and FBX export for compact runtime payloads, and compression of mesh/texture to reduce size helps increase the steady response.

AWS+CDN+Load balancing with 3d bundles hosting, textures hosting, addressable streaming, progressive load, load balancing, and autoscaling overall increases the performance.

The Digital Mualij Health Pod delivers meaningful impact by combining advanced features with measurable results in the field. Its design focuses on accessibility, cost savings, and preventive healthcare. It ensures compliance with international health standards. By integrating remote access, secure digital health records and AI driven alerts, the system strengthens community health capacity and reduces the burden on traditional facilities. Patients benefit from faster diagnoses, affordable consultations, and reduced travel. While health workers gain practical tools for long term care delivery.

It manages essential workflows such as electronic patient records, appointment scheduling, staff coordination, billing, pharmacy oversight, and lab integrations. Each feature was carefully built to minimize errors, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Its intuitive design makes adoption seamless across departments, from reception to medical teams.

With this solution, Diamond Dental Antalya replaced fragmented systems and manual processes with a centralized digital solution. This improved data accuracy, streamlined communication across departments, and gave staff the tools to make faster, more informed decisions—leading to smoother operations and better patient experiences.
